Brut e Bon – Our Brut e Bon are one of the best ways to really enjoy the taste of the PGI Piedmontese hazelnut in its entirety and clarity. Their name translating to ‘ugly and good’, these sweets are made of sugar, fresh egg whites and – of course – hazelnut.
