Brut e Bon Our Brut e Bon are one of the best ways to really enjoy the taste of the PGI Piedmontese hazelnut in its entirety and clarity. Their name translating to ‘ugly and good’, these sweets are made of sugar, fresh egg whites and – of course – hazelnut.

Meringhe alla Nocciola  We have reinterpreted the classic meringue to create something that felt more like home to us. Our Meringhe alla Nocciola include chopped hazelnuts for the perfectly soft bite of Piedmontese goodness.
